THE CRIMSON ORCHID INN POLICIES

The Crimson Orchid Inn is an exclusive property where every Guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Advanced Payment

A Non Refundable Advanced Payment of 50% of your reservation is charged upon reservation or when you click "Finish". The Balance of your stay is collected on day of check-in. MasterCard or Visa accepted.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days’ notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. There are no refunds during the 30 day period before check-in or after check-in for any reason.

For reservations received by phone or email there is a 50% non-refundable down payment at time of reservation. The balance is due and payable on check-in. There are no refunds for any reason after check-in.

All Reservations are non-refundable for any reason. In the unlikely event your travel schedule or flights are changed we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets.

Children are welcome on their parents best behavior.

In certain circumstances your host may be available to pick you up from the airport

A 50% deposit will be charged to your card within 24 hours of booking.
