Every reservation is important to us.  Please read through our policies below.

Advanced Payment

Due to Bank requirements in Belize, all online reservations will be charged 100% of their total at booking. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation - less a 30% of your total reservation processing fee.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days’ notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. There are no refunds during the 30 day period before check-in or after check-in for any reason.

For reservations received by phone or email there is a 30% non-refundable down payment at time of reservation. The balance is due and payable on check-in. There are no refunds for any reason after check-in.

All Reservations are non-refundable for any reason. In the unlikely event your travel schedule or flights are changed we will make every effort to accommodate your timeline.

No Smoking in rooms. (Outside areas are provided.)

Children are welcome.

Check-in time 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

We are pet friendly, dogs and cats live in the main house.

Wireless Internet is provided.

Drinking Water
The resorts water is pure drinkable reverse osmosis potable water - showers too!

Breakfast at 8:30 am to 9:00 am (We can provide a small breakfast for earlier departure.)
The rooftop bar is available for guests and friends of guests.

Laundry Service available.
